Manipal Hospital — Nursing staff is not available

my patient manjulata was admitted in manipal hiospital on 3rd september for her ankle dislocation surgery. the doctor did his job to the best but I am really frustrated by the nursing staff. Since the day my patient was admitted no care has been taken and they charge filthy for it. My patient has to wait atleast for 50 mins on an average to get their attention.
no dental care was taken. linens were not changed. for toilet nobody came to accompany her we have to run behind the nursing staff and wait for 60 mins.
