Manipal Hospital — Poor patient management

Respected sir/madam,
I had visited manipal detal sciences for treatment last week[protected] Tuesday for treatment. They spent the whole after noon in observation. They had given me an appointment for[protected] Tuesday not mentioned the time. I spent 1 hr in the reception for file now the staff here is telling u had an appointment at 9.30. what is this i hav to make a journey of 1 hr to get here. But i was not told the time only said me morning. My hospital id no is 05087335
