Manipal Hospital — Refund of booking amount

This is in regard to the appointment scheduled at your Columbia Asia hospital, Whitefield Main Road, Varthur Kodi on 21.02.2023 for Pulmonology Dept for patient D Nandana UHID No.MH[protected]
But due to some emergency work, I was unable to reach there. I cancelled the booking as per your hospital policy, I would like to request my refund of _Rs.1100
It is almost more than 15days, I have been contacting customer care for refund but no-one is giving proper response.
