Manipal Hospital — Scanning time is taken so long

Patient came here with appointment to meet OBG doctor at 1400h, the patient met the doctor at 1430.she was asked for Ultrasound scan, the fetal medical receptionist said us there are 4 Patients waiting at around 1500h, the patient can drink water and fill her bladder, at 1630 we asked the receptionist at fetal medicine if its our turn to go for scanning, now she said there are 10 more Patients waiting, the receptionist said patient can empty the bladder and again fill it and wait.
Now my question is if she empty the bladder, again it will take time to fill and again we should wait for the scan, second thing is its not good to keep the bladder full for longer period.
If manipal is accredited for NABH and unable to satisfy the needs of the patient, let them refer to some other hospital. Manipal old airport road has no sufficient equipment to the procedures.
