My son is still there and we are struggling with the service, no point in paying such huge money for such pathetic service.
Long Queues – So many folks including us had to wait in the queue either for reports, registration or prescription. Don’t think management understand the pain of standing in long with high fever kid.
Expensive - Last time it was around 450 - 600 Rs, now the consultation fee is 800 and after 6 pm its 900.
Unorganized Admission Process – With high fever kid We had to wait outside the emergency for almost 1 hour as the beds were not available. I understand, but if not available they have to provide alternative.
Insurance Process – Got admitted on 22-Aug-2022 and shared the insurance details over an email to the team.
Until I went and enquired next day if anything is pending they shared the details. And that too we had to fill up everything, was not that case earlier.
Till now, almost 48 hours from the admission they haven’t trigged the Insurance pre-approval with my insurance.
Arrogant behaviour – when asked about the process, she said these are new policies.
House Keeping – ICU2 (HDC) – for all those 5-8 patients and their bystanders only one Washroom is available and that too very dirty. Yesterday 6 year old kid (patient) slipped in the washroom.
HDU – yesterday night there were very less nurses and that too
Canteen – Food will arrive on their own time, can’t expect before 45 mins even though it’s just a toast.
Floor Manger – Yesterday night have told the admission guy to ask the floor manager or anyone who can take care of these to call me. Not received a call till now..
