My mom was hospitalized here last month for kidney infection, overall experience at hospital was still good. But while following up with doctor it has become such a pain. As most of the doctors are taking online consultation, we had booked the same. Just for taking an appointment I had to call 2-3 hours continuously n when it gets connected they'll just put you on hold and will be gossiping between themselves or keep transferring it to different departments.
Also to request for billing copies for online consultations I had been calling them for 3 days now with no solution, either line will be on hold or they will say they sent mail which is never received or again transfer to different department. Was this information helpful? |
