Manipal Hospital — Wrong treatment and wrong diagnosis.

Today I(MH[protected] visited Manipal hospital Varthur for my throat infection which is not getting cured even after medication and it's been a month. I took an appointment of an ENT doctor(ShilpaH) and went there to consult a doctor. To my bad luck, the bugger who sits at reception gave the coupon for other doctor of the same name, that lady without getting into the routes of the problem, she asked for some tests, have to pay 1600, came home with no diagnosis. I got a call from the support team to check whether I am visiting the doctor whom I booked online, So total mismanagement and my bad luck☹️. Loss of money, no diagnosis and in frustration now. Playing with patients is become habit of big hospitals. Now I am facing a severe throat pain..What kind of human are these who are running this business and dumb people.
