Manish Kumar — Street dogs complaint - regarding this treated as most urgent

I m a resident of Near Saudamini School, Jai Vihar, Najafgarh-Nangloi Road, New Delhi.I just want to complaint about the numbers of dogs in our colony which are increasing and the dogs who roam her freely in our colony r very dangerous and they often bark on anybody who walk in the streets in the morning and the night time, they try to attack them also many times specially kids and old peoples, they bark for whole night and early mornings and we cant even sleep. it is so dangerous that we cant walk freely in our streets as the dogs follow us and try to jump over the people and often bite the people and kids.

please note down a complaint and do take an action as soon as possible
the area near Near Saudamini School, Jai Vihar, is most dangerous part and few times before Dog van came her for survey but they didn't took away any dog as the dog hides after viewing them please find out any better way to attract dogs towards u and catch more dogs as possible as soon as u can.
