Manivannan — delay

I am now traveling in the srs bus service from bengaluru to madurai this bus is delayed more than 1:30 mts at starting point. Because they load a motor cycle in the bus. They missed 3 customers at madiwala point. For that purpose they drive slow until housur for the customer to come the they wait 30 minutes at housur. We called the head office they pickup phone and not responding. We started shouting at them. This driver drive @40kmph to get the other passenger at krishnagiri toll gate. Still the customer has not reached. After taking so much money the service is very poor
