Manivannan — Poor Service and Product damage

I received a call from your office stating that we will refund the money which is spent for the damage goods since we don't have spare for that. But after that to refund the amount through cash voucher they ask my bank balance and no explanation given why to give. This is irritating customer service. Need a solution ASAP. Order number : AB4540886 Defect : Charger not working from day one.
