Dear Sir, This is for your kind notice that, I have booked a Ticket on 26.03.15 from Mathura to Panvel through Train NZM TVC SF EXP (Train No.22654) for journey date was 25.05.15. but due to Cancellation of said train, We have not found the refund amount of the cancel Train in my account. Note- Due to Non awareness of the Refund process of Train Canceled way. Hence I have not proceed the “cancel & TDR” of ticket through the IRCTC.
