Manoj Kumar Srivastava — Request for reversal payment through my dena bank card to sbi for TET fee

Dear Sir, This is to inform you that, I have a saving A/C with Dena bank Gomti Nagar Lucknow named Manoj Kumar Srivastava & Radha Srivastava No:[protected] and IFSC code is BKDN0721135. On 17.12.2015 at night 10:30 PM we have tried to deposit on line fees payment for UPTET Examination through my VISA Card no [protected] valid up to 01/17 of Dena Bank. We have tried several times for depositing fees but always show in screen ERROR and we have not gotten DU No. But UPTET fees has deducted Rs 412.59 ( four hundred twelve and paise fifty nine only) three time from my above mentioned VISA Card. means totally deducted Rs 1237.77 (one thousand two hundred thirty seven and paise seventy seven only) my card against MOPS (Aishwarya Singh).
