INR 450.00 Debited to on 30-MAR-2020 17:48:33-NET TXN: PAYUPAYMENT [protected].
As my utility bill amount of 450/- I have chose online payment through MESB portal and all process done from online payment. Then the online link last moment was failed, however amount debited in my account.
Now I had checked MESB payment history amount not received till date.
Request to help to credit the amount to MESB or refund me back.
