My name Is Priyan PV. I am sending this email from Qatar. My wife was a student of MAMONMANIAM SUNDARAR UNIVERSITY. She completed her MBA in HR & Finance from 2010 to 2012.

Now she got a job offer from DOHA BANK, for that reason we have to do attestation of her certificates.

Please note that the procedure for attesting educational degrees from the ministry of foreign affairs in Doha has changed recently. The ministry requires a “bona fide/affidavit/statement of graduation” clearly mentioning the name of the person, the degree, attendance scheme(regular/full time…etc.) and dates of graduation.

Now the think is that we all settled in Doha and also her college was closed permenantly. Name of the college is INDIGRAW INSTITUTE OF PROFESSIONAL STUDIES (IIPS) . I called several times to the college based in chennai. They saying they cannot issue the same because of the operations was closed since 3 years. So we request you to issue a Bonafide certificate from your side for us to do the attestation. I hope you can understand my current situations. Here I am attaching her MBA Certificate and mark list, also The complete format of Bonafide certificate which we received from ministry of foreign affairs.

Attached is the memo highlighting these requirements, along with a couple of example letters given from the ministry.
