[Resolved]  Manonmaniam Sundaranar University — I have sent a demand draft with special convocation form but still now I have not receive any final certificate

Dear sir/ madam,
I have completed my MCOM degree[protected] and my registration number is A13S1K028001 FROM S1K COLLEGE Burdwan. MY problem is that I have sent a dd in favor of MS university dated 14/12/2016 wth special convocation from and sent to ms university. But still now I have not received my final degree certificate. please tell me what I will do?
