Manonmaniam Sundaranar University — money debited but fees not paid

I have done a fees payment at HTTP://WWW. msuniv. Acc.in debited amount for my account ([protected]) at 29/09/2019 for rs.806 pay money charge. (Student examination fees pay time one student paid fees not received success full message but amount debited. Kindly suggest my complaint
