[Resolved]  Manorama Online Subscription — Manorama does not send magazines after taking away the money.

I started a yearly subscription to the following magazines. Manorama Tell Me Why, Magic Pot, Read and Color for a year in Apr 2014 after I came to know a subscription offer that was organized in TCS Pune office. I received the magazine only for the first month in May 2014 and that too after sending several emails. From 2nd month June, I am not receiving these magazines. I have sent several emails on this the Feputy General Manager – Subscriptions @ [protected]@mm.co.in.. However, no one from Manorama bothers to respond to my emails. When I live in Pune, these should not be any issues with timely postal delivery as well. Still, I do not understand why the magazine are not reaching me as there is no response from Manorama, I received the magazines only for a month when I have subscribed for a year. Now, I feel like I am cheated by this subscription offer. The magazines are quite good with their content. However, the kind of service is pathetic. They just take away your money and do not send the magazines. Think twice before you subscribe for this so called yearly subscription offer from Manorama. NEVER EVER do this mistake.
