I have a Magic Pot subscription, please explain why I should book at the Chennai Trade Center.27.02.22: One-year offer, but we did not receive Magic Pot and Tell Me Why Book last month, January and February, the same problem we had four months before, this is for cheating every time I call, but he is not responsible.

Magazine delivery seal is broken or missing sometimes (not always) and it is suspected to be opened by someone before I collect it from the security in the flat.

I submitted my complaint multiple times but no response.

I had subscribed to Magic Pot 6 Months (PRINT) on November 27, 2020 by paying INR 360. The order number is 2295845 and the payment ID:SUBS76275878.

I was expecting the order delivery to start January or February at the max. However, after waiting full three months I did not get even a single copy of the magazine. Finally, I contacted Customer Care on March 5th however no relief only a single line response that my books are being dispatched by them, when I counter enquired which address are they sending to or why they are not calling me if the book is not received but no response since then. Despite many follow-ups on email & phone, I have no resolution. I have not received even a single copy of the book and today I got an email that my subscription is expiring and I shall renew my subscription. This is clear cheating and fraud. Very disappointing. It is hard to believe that such a reputed platform is clearly cheating the customers.

I have spent Rs 665 for yearly subscription and my order number is 2296806. I have received only one copy of the book and not received any other copy. No response in the contact number as well.

MY money is gone.

I had subscribed tell me why monthly magazine on manorama website for a year. But i ve not received my books till today. Very disappointing

Which was not expected from reputed publication like manorama.
I sincerely hope that you will look into the matter personally and revert back to us immediately.

I had subscribed for three of their magazines. Payment made in november. All three are one year subscriptions. I have not received a single copy till date. I have been sending them repeated emails to send me tracking details so that i can check with the post but they do not have the basic manners to reply.
This is the second time that this is happening with me. First it was just one magazine hence did not raise a issue.

I have subscribed for akkad bakkad 1 year subscription and magic pot 6 months subscription on feb 27 2017. My order id: 1877733.

I have not received even a single book for both subscriptions. I have already follow up with them through phone and email. But no response has been received from their side.

Books are very good and my little one eagerly waiting for them but it is of no use.

I am a subscriber Magic Pot and lives in hyd.

I received the magazines sometimes and missed many weeks. Many times i reciecve 2 weeks in one package. Now, I feel like I am cheated by this subscription offer.

The magazines are quite good with their content. However, the kind of service is pathetic.They don't respond to any email.

Buy these books and avoid online subscription.
