Complaint/information with regard to illegal and unauthorized construction at wz-235a, gali no. 1, virender nagar, new delhi 58
In present matter illegal construction particularly at above stated address/property has come to knowledge through some reliable sources and hence the present complaint is being filed for proper action/demolishing the same.

It has also came to my knowledge that the said illegal construction is being done by the builder/owner by violating all the rules and norms as well without any pre-requisite permissions/approvals from different departments including mcd.

It has also came to my knowledge that the builder/owner clearly says that the construction is being done only after paying heavy bribes to the concerned mcd staff and local police officials etc. Otherwise how could the building be raised upto this level.
In view of above it is requested that the appropriate action/demolition be taken at wz-235a, gali no. 1, virender nagar, new delhi as well proper action be taken against the corrupt officials of your department to make a corruption free mcd
