Hi im ravi kiran got cheated by a fake ad by mansani that they will construct a 700 sft house in 100 sq yds plot in kuntloor... I paid 500000 adv via 2 receipts nos . 28'b/1399 and 60 b 2952 ... After 3 months they say they couldnt clinch a deal with actual land lord so they said we r not going to do the project so we will refund ... From their my troubles have started ... There are 2 cheaters in that company 1 is kishore the proprietor and another is nagesh manager ... They even gave me 3 chq s for my refund amount as 2+2+ 1 lakhs ... I have to follow up like a dog they dont even take your calls call them from some new number atlast after a year they paid 4 lakhs in installments .. Now they need to pay my last 1 lakh ... The cheaters are not even taking my call... But im trying hard ... Lets see what happens... Friends dont even think of mansani for houses ... U will be lost
