I have purchased a land in manasani constructions to build a house, at the time of purchase they have taken more than the land value and upto 7 months they did not do the registration and tourtured me every day, being a comman man, i used to roam around theor company and made the registration at last, but they kept the original land documents, after looking at the quality of their construction, i dont want to loose more money with them, so i decided to sell off the land, now they are saying that they will take the land and return the amount at the time of purchase, after 6 years of land purchse now the land vlaue is more than the purchase amount how come they will return the same amount, please do the justice for me

Hi im ravi kiran got cheated by a fake ad by mansani that they will construct a 700 sft house in 100 sq yds plot in kuntloor... I paid 500000 adv via 2 receipts nos . 28'b/1399 and 60 b 2952 ... After 3 months they say they couldnt clinch a deal with actual land lord so they said we r not going to do the project so we will refund ... From their my troubles have started ... There are 2 cheaters in that company 1 is kishore the proprietor and...
