Mantra Properties — Bad service and poor quality of construction

Purchased flat in Matra moments moshi project developed by Mantra moments in 2014...during booking it was confirmed to give possession latest by Dec 2015...now its Sept 2016 still not recd possession and when we checked ready flat the construction quality was pathetic. in many area plaster was not done properly, painting touch up in rework area which looks odd, Hall sliding window fitted tilted leading gap at one side. Bath room door fouling with Basin. overall there is no sense of quality.

When contacted their production and quality team along with CRM, found very poor response and they tried justified poor quality.

Tried to contact top management but in veins, they are not reachable by any means.

Overall very disappointed by booking a flat with Mantra properties. literally got cheated.
