Purchased flat in Matra moments moshi project developed by Mantra moments in 2014...during booking it was confirmed to give possession latest by Dec 2015...now its Sept 2016 still not recd possession and when we checked ready flat the construction quality was pathetic. in many area plaster was not done properly, painting touch up in rework area which looks odd, Hall sliding window fitted tilted leading gap at one side. Bath room door fouling...

Very poor quality developer, myself booked a flat in their project Mantra moments got suffered in all aspects.
Delay in posession, commitment was Dec 2015 but possession not recd till sept 2016
Pathetic Construction quality, improper plaster, door damaged, bathroom door fouling with wash basin. window fitted in tilted condition...when checked with their prod and quality team they tried justifying defects/poor quality.
They have charged interest rates for payment delay of even 8 days...
Overall very disappointed.
