Hello This is regarding complaint against maplefly. I have already complained but they have not refunded my money. Its their plot, they plan and plot people to extract money by their cunning tricks. First they promise job in country you wish to work and they charge money for same. The person who deals in first meeting never meets you again. then again another person comes into picture. My first meeting was with Shipra, then Priya comes into picture, Shipra vanishes. Next time Rahul will see you, now its Charu's turn, Next time Ekashi handles your case. we donot understand who is the boss here, whom to approach. They will keep confusing you by twisting their tongue. You cannot record their calls as they have some software installed in their phones buy they can record your calls. Its a safe plan. They will ask you to sign agreement, if you sign without reading properly, you are caught into their trap. its a fraud company, in return you will get peanuts, like you paid them one lac rupess, after hard follow up you will get very less amount in refund. which is equivalent to peanuts only. The reciept you get will have a seal of non refundable stamp. they have cctvs installed in their office and all female staff so, if anyone fights in aggression or stress, they can take legal action against you. Its an alarm to people, don't get influenced by their words. Now they are looking for bakras from southern parts of India. I receive calls from people regarding their feedback and tell everyone the same story. Maple Fly is a well planned fraud company. A BADMASH COMPANY. Well This is AZEEM HUSAIN KHAN who has started the process with you in Dec for PR.
Maplefly, I would like to remind you that I kept on asking Maplefly; since I started my fill to show me your clientele who have been successfully received PR from your so called services. I am still asking to arrange some meetings with the owner or decision maker of this scammer company or otherwise, if Maplefly is a genuine company- the best they can do is to arrange a meeting with some of the successful PR holder who have opted Maplefly's services.
Also NOTE: Reetika is my wife and you have started her file. In which she has accessed her file already by you and she has taken your so called pre-assessment phase and then your beloved consultant Mamta made me the primary applicant because if I would apply as a primary applicant I shall be having more points under core human factor. Hence, either me or she can ask your company's services and can also give feedback for the same as well at any point of time until Maplefly reslove and refund our money in full as advised while I made the payment.
DON'T ever try to USE the word LEGAL TEAM you have. I support Mr Jatinder or anyone whatsoever, who have been cheated by Maplefly and he/they all have my sympathies specifically when it comes to the issue of Maplefly or your whatsoever team. My main aim to highlight my full refund which was promised by Mamta and Rahul they are actually the big scoundrels now I am using this language and if you want to stop anyone complaining about your company's services or any individual, the best you can do is to resolve the issue by paying back everyone's money because you have failed to provide any services for which people have paid you.
Conclusion:
I take full responsibility of reporting this issue in this forum that Maplefly has nothing to take care of their services and they don't even have the any records and information of their clients. As they already proven that they are unable to find my wife in her records. LOL

Mr Jatender, this is to update you and inform you that after reviewing your details from our records, we found that you have closed your file already long time back because of your own reasons and writing such things will not gonna solve anything. It is very easy to write anything or using wrong & abusive words while putting such comments against any company or identity, but you should remember first what details & records we have regarding you and your past background which we have pulled out & can take any KIND OF ACTIONS with all these proofs against you. PUTTING ALL SUCH FAKE comments after closing your file, clearly shows that you are trying to spoil the Image of Organization with no reason or proof or you MAY BE A COMPETITOR. So we are ignoring this above comment and not taking this as a feedback at all. Because its NULL & VOID for us now. If this happens again from your end, then we have a right to take action against you, & then you wait for our first legal notice from our Lawyers team becuase this is clearly a Harrasment from your end & using bad languages over the comments against the staff members. No one has any right to write such things. If you are true from your end & really facing any issues call us directly or mail us. we will be waiting for that.
Ms Ritika, we have pulled out your data, but our records shows that we have no such candidates who we assisted till now with the name of Ritika. If you writing on behalf of some one, dont do so, else it might be a BIG poblem for you since you have no concern related to the file or process with us. You cannot write any kind of such feedback without any experience or relations. & If some one is telling you to write on their behalf, tell him/her to talk directly & straight forward with our legal team.Hope, we should not see anymore writings from your end.
