This is Zaboor Mirza, from J&K.And through this platform, I want to share my experience with this organisation and their executive till now.
By 6th of Jan 2019.I was contacted by Maplefly executive namely Ms Sabha, when she explained the whole process, I was not convinced to make payment, but when Ms Sabha transfered my call to one more company executive;Ms Ayushi, with whom I told her that I already made payment to one more consultant by the name BETTER PLACE IMMIGRATION for my PR process, even shared my retainer agreement but then she said, Sir if you associate with us, we would assist you in getting LMIA as summers are going to start soon, wherein employees will sponsor you.Then, I asked her if you could ensure me these two points;
1) That, I need not to submit my transcripts.
2) That, you would complete my whole process before ist of May 2019.Then, I am willing to make my whole payment.Innitially she agreed, but when I made my payment I.e Rs 80000.Out of blue after few days Ayushi called me that I need to submit my transcript.And I was appalled by her words, later I reminded Ayushi about her earlier commitment, then I said, Am not going to associate myself with your organisation as right from start, you are not sticking to your commitments even demanded for refund but later few Senior Mannagers namely Ms Shivani and Ms Madhu who told me to be patient have faith in us, let the process begin rest assured you will get job offer before 1st of May 2019 with sponsorship.
By keeping above points into consideration, I agreed to continue my process and did not demand for my refund.And today, when I sent email to Ms Shivani to update about my process.And she replied me in her email that, I need to wait for 30 to 40 more working days.Now, Am feeling helpless, directionless and confused that what should I do next?
Moreover, they don't even bother to call back.even, if I arrange a call back.
through this platform, I want to ask them few question.Why should I submit my transcript, if I was not told to do so, before making payment?
2)Why do I need to wait for 30 more working days? If I was committed by your executives that my whole process would get completed before 1st of May 2019.
NOTE:Pzz don't trust them, if you feel that they sound honest over phone.

Even if i have write the email to the mentioned above email address, you people won't respond and as well i have wrote so many emails till date and so many calls to your Delhi office (+91 11 43511747), mumbai Office (+91 22 49729591) & executives like "MADHU(+91 9958687082), SHIVANI(+91 8929968813), KASHI & now AMIT(Operations Manager) - (+91 9643431937)" - but no use. on 12th January 2022, i have send a message to AMIT thru whatsapp, and today 22nd January he replied me and suggested to close and apply for refund, that too i won't get the full refund.
Even i have asked for process the application, simply saying in one word to apply for refund or send a mail to madhu.
You people have not started process of my application then you need to pay the full amount of which i have paid while at the registration time.
