There is company called Marconix Connect, based in Jayanagar, Bangalore. Mr. Sanjay J N, Business Development Manager from Marconix, is BIG FRAUD, taken our Project of Banner Designing, Newsletter Designing and Mailer Designing on June 18th. He was supposed to deliver the first level of work within 3 days. After waiting for 1.5 weeks, we started following-up with him. Everytime he used to say, he will send within end-of-day. No work been done and everytime lame excuses he used to give. After waiting for 3 weeks, we informed him about ending of our agreement. We asked for the refund of our 75% of the advance amount, which is Rs. 9000/-, we paid at the time of agreement, May 20th. Since he has not done a single work he is liable to pay the full refund. He agreed that he will come to our office and refund us our money. It was happened on July 7th. He never came to our office to pay us the amount we paid. Whenever we call he gives lame excuses. He stopped taking our calls. We sent him a mail informing him about taking legal actions since he failed to refund us our money. But no response from him.
