Marcus Recruitment — Not refunding money from October

They have charged 18k in the name of Philips on june end and they were not able to arrange the interview till october. Then they said. Your PI will not possible as interviewer all ill. In October they given the date of December to refund the money. Now till date I have not received any amount.
