I had purchased a mixer 3 months back.
The problem with the mixer was that the top knob on the mixer on which the jar is fixed was inclined and rubbing against the jar.
Now the mixer was not running on No.1 speed.
I complained to your service center and the service mechanic removed the knob and discovered all the screws under the knob were loose as a result the motor has been damaged.

I had purchased Philips air fryer in feb 2024 and within a year plastic of the basket broke and I called the customer care for the service request. After multiple calls and follow ups, technician visited after 5 days and informed that basket needs to be replaced (which I already knew). My Trimmer "BT3211/15" frequently start automatically even switch is Off and stop only after Battery drain out. It's really frustating as there is no way to stop it whenever it start automatically it generate noise and sometimes i cannot turn off i bought this trimmer 2021 Jan 2 and extended warranty period by registering the product till 2024 PHLPTRMR00000016 product id
