I had purchased Philips air fryer in feb 2024 and within a year plastic of the basket broke and I called the customer care for the service request. After multiple calls and follow ups, technician visited after 5 days and informed that basket needs to be replaced (which I already knew). I have complained on 26th April about my garment steamer not working. Immediately I received message as technician assigned. But till date complaint has not been attended. My order (401241) was placed on 1st April via their official site https://www.domesticappliances.philips.co.in and the same day the order status was updated to "Packed". I have been trying to contact Philips executives since the past week for an update but every day I am told that it has been escalated and that they will call me back in the next few hours.
