Coffee maker with grinder

We have purchased a philips coffee maker cum grinder from croma retail store in juhu mumbai.Since purchase on 30th june the coffee maker has not been successfully commissioned.The technician came over to install/repair but went back saying that there is a problem with the machine
and he will revert with a solution.
Unfortunately i have received no feedback or any reponse from philips in this matter.

I am interested in Philips speakers. PHILIPS Audio MMS2625B 2.1 Channel, Bluetooth connectivity, Wired.

I have a few technical queries. I raised the request on Philips Av website.
After a few days they asked for more details which I provided.
Then again there was no response. When I followed up they said the case is now with sales team and they will contact me soon.

No customer service by philips

I had purchased Philips air fryer in feb 2024 and within a year plastic of the basket broke and I called the customer care for the service request. After multiple calls and follow ups, technician visited after 5 days and informed that basket needs to be replaced (which I already knew). He informed me that it will take a week and costs Rs 2500 and Rs 200 delivery fee. Even after a week there is no sign of the technician. On contacting the...

Hello,
It looks like that the Indian customer support for Philips is a fraud. I had a very terrible experience with a Philips product and service.
I received a damaged product (a kitchen appliance) on buying from the Philips online site. I could not inspect the product as soon as I received it due to my busy schedule. When we opened the box and examined it after ten days, we discovered some flaws and damages. When I contacted the customer service, I was told that they were unable to replace the product because it had been more than seven days. They promised to send a local service technician to my residence to fix the problem. I received a call from a local service guy who wanted me to provide the pictures of the damages and flaws on WhatsApp. Once he saw the pictures, he gave me a call back and said there was nothing he could do and that I should get in touch with the Philips customer support again to request for a replacement. He said that he is too busy to visit my house in the given time.

This is how your customer support service makes the customer run from pillar to post and cause harassments.
Very disappointed with your brand, with your product, and with your customer service.

    I am writing this mail with pain and agony caused by your Company. I bring to your notice that I had
    purchased Mixer Grinder model no. Philips Smart MG HL 7777/00 4 JARS 750W from Infiniti Retail Ltd.
    (Croma), Kolkata under Invoice no. SLA[protected] dated[protected]. (copy attached)

    But ever since I bought it I am unable to use it is faulty and did not work. I complained to your
    Customer Service dept. through phone, but after several calls your representative Mr.Pawan called 0n
    31st May 2024 but that too did not work and guided me through video call but that too did not work.
    Thereafter one local service man came to Haldia from Panskura and asked me to come with the appliance
    at a local shop and refused to come to my home. With great difficulty I took the heavy Mixer Grinder to
    the shop there he checked and took away one part of the appliance stating that he will change the part.

    But he did not return. I several time called to your helpline number and complained about this but the
    problem did not get solved and no proper reply was given by your people. I have few complain nos. given
    below.

    I am very much disturbed with your Company and want an immediate solution and want you to replace my

    have bought this appliance from such a reputed store i.e. Croma. I am receiving only assurance but no action, even the person who has taken away one part of Mixer Grinder has not returned it nor replied. I want an immediate replacement.

        We have Pursched new mixer from Bajaj ele. Hyderabad on dec-23 and after opening the package one Jar found to be damaged. I have been complaining from the day one to all your customer care persons, but on has visited the home and they are calling on phone with no positive response.

        I request you to replace the damaged Jar immediately. Being the reputed company the response like this is not expected by us.

          This is regarding Phillips ignorance for customers.
          I purchased a Phillips Beard Trimmer series 3000 BT3221/15 with 2 years warranty and 1 year extended warranty.
          After 2 years completion, my trimmer stopped working. I contact with customer service and registered a complain (60-[protected]). I didn’t got any response from Phillips till 10 days. After that I again called to customer services then they told today your complain will be resolve. Thank god, a technician visit my home and check the trimmer. He told it’s not repairable, we’ll replace it within 10 days. After 10 days I contacted with the technician, He told please whatsapp me the complain number. I shared the details. After that I tried to contact him till 3 days but he didn’t answered my call. Then I called again to customer service & explain all the details, he replied that We will inform you all the details within 24 hours. Till 2 days no response then I again contact with customer service again same reply from them.
          I totally disappointed with Phillips.
          Customer can’t check current status of their complain.
          Customer not allowed to contact with senior customer services.
          I don’t know my issue will resolve or not but decided today I’ll never purchase Phillips products.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I had bought the above Home Theatre System from ‘Home Solutions Retail (India) Limited, Mumbai, on 24/11/2004. It was working satisfactorily till one day it stopped working, (there was no display). I had given the unit for repairs to your authorised Service Centre (M/s Amrut Services) in Vadodara on September 2023.
            However to my dismay, the service centre reported that the unit could not be repaired as it was too old. You will appreciate my predicament. Now I have to buy a new system which I cannot afford.
            You might be aware that the Government of India (under consumer affair) has initiated a “Right to repair” in order to facilitate consumers like myself and to reduce the environmental damages so caused by scrapping electronic items.
            In view of the above and as a responsible company, , I urge you to reconsider my case and initiate action as required and direct the Authorised Service centre and provide them with all help and spare parts to enable to repair the said Home Theatre.
            I would be grateful for your help in this matter so that I am not faced to resort to any further action as may be required.

              I, Sagar, am lodging a formal complaint on the consumer forum against Philips Electronics and Amazon India regarding the purchase of the Philips Beard Trimmer BT 3303/30 from Amazon.in.

              The primary concern revolves around the warranty claim associated with the trimmer. As per the product listing on Amazon.in, an extra 1-year warranty was offered upon registering the product on the Philips website. However, upon attempting to register the product as instructed, I could not find the Beard Trimmer BT 3303/30 listed on the Philips website for registration. Additionally, the product was also not present in the warranty section on their website.

              I purchased the product with the understanding that I would be entitled to the extended warranty, and the absence of the product for registration has left me feeling uncertain about the authenticity of the product and the warranty coverage it holds.

              Attempts for Resolution:

              In my attempt to address this matter, I contacted Philips customer care multiple times, seeking guidance on the product registration and warranty claim. However, my queries were met with silence, and I did not receive any response or resolution from their end.

              I also approached Amazon India's customer support, seeking assistance with the warranty issue. While they were polite, they could not provide a concrete solution, and instead, they redirected me back to Philips, leading to a loop o[censored]nanswered queries.

              Relief Sought:

              I seek the following relief from the consumer forum:

              1. A prompt and transparent resolution to the warranty claim for the Philips Beard Trimmer BT 3303/30, as advertised on Amazon.in.
              2. Compensation for the mental distress, inconvenience, and time wasted in attempting to register the product and resolve the issue with both Philips and Amazon's customer support teams.
              3. Necessary measures to ensure that misleading product descriptions and warranty offers are not repeated in the future, protecting consumers' rights and interests.

              I sincerely hope that the consumer forum will take my complaint seriously and help resolve this matter. I believe in the importance of safeguarding consumer rights and promoting fair business practices.

                I have complained on 26th April about my garment steamer not working. Immediately I received message as technician assigned. But till date complaint has not been attended. I got a call from Philips customer care that it will be resolved in two days, but now it's almost 14 days, and status of my complaint is as it is. Then I took a product to the Vijay Sales store from where it was purchased. A person of VS, shared the Sales Manager of Mumbai with whom I had a word initially, but now he too not replying my call as I am calling him to know the status of my product.

                First time facing such pathetic service from a renowned brand.

                        My order (401241) was placed on 1st April via their official site https://www.domesticappliances.philips.co.in and the same day the order status was updated to "Packed". I have been trying to contact Philips executives since the past week for an update but every day I am told that it has been escalated and that they will call me back in the next few hours. I have not received even a single call or any positive update from the team on my order.
                        I have requested them to either cancel my order or deliver it to me at the earliest.
                        As a customer, I have blocked my money with this order and I am loosing my patience with the kind f response that I am receiving from you guys. I don't see any signs of the product shipment or cancellation

                          Please note I am repositioning my grievance o[censored]tter casual approach by Philips employees to a sensitive case of replacement of Philips Air Fryer. Please note that this complaint with regards to HD9621/41 is still open and not resolved.

                          Philips service request 60-[protected] has been created and will be attended on priority." - Without resolution they have closed the grievance.

                          I would like to bring to your kind notice that the appliance was purchased to benefit the diet preparation for my father who was diagnosed with Cirhosis of Liver. However, I had a poor experience with a faulty Air Fryer, after much persuasion and follow up it was replaced under warranty. Unfortunately at the same time my Father's health deteriorated and was admitted 7 times in the Hospital. The same was informed to Mr. Pradeep Kumar & Mr. Maninder from the Service team in Bangalore along with MRT Electronics Technician and staff Ms. Deepa. I was assured of replacement in the month aof May and was advised to wait for a month as the Model was changed and they needed time to deliver the newer model. Given my predicament of shuttling between the Hospital I couldn't rigorously follow-up, but was confident that given that I expressed the criticality of my purchase and need, they will do the needful. However, to my utter disappointment no one even contacted to appraise and on me connecting I was just being made evasive promise stating they are expecting stock or are working on the same to have it replaced, please go through mail trail to infer with the discussion trail and promises made. Only on my firm follow-up checking on status, with convenience I was told approval was not obtained and they will repair. I am confident you will review and understand this is abuse of Customers confidence and trust.

                          I have urged the management of Philips, which has believed in delivering high quality products and customer service to factor the below points on merit to consider revalidating the replacement -
                          I would like to place on record once again that my family since February to July had over 9 Hospitalisations
                          The product which was replaced which was a box piece was delivered defective, the same was validated by the technician
                          Also, since a new product was delivered as per Consumer Law & Norms the product should be covered under warranty as placed by the company or for a bare minimum threshold of at least a minimum 1 year from date of delivery
                          The commitment of the Philips team who have interacted till the last connection in Oct'22, only today Mr. Pradeep has responded to my follow-up on why the delivery has still not happened by the team, when I was informed that replacement is not possible as on 13th Nov'22.

                          Kindly note that there has been no Customer Service perspective all through despite knowing the challenging situation I was in and I have kept Philips appraised of the same.

                          It is close to a year the Customer Service team has the product with them.

                          I am confident that people you'll can make a positive difference in resolving my grievance, if otherwise we will approach appropriate authorities to seek justice.

Satendra called me n said to pay b4 visit on his personal contact number... I called Phillips customer service and told the same that he is asking for pre payment... They told me not to pay..
                                I called satyendra n said that I will not pay as Philips representative asked me not to pay b4 visit... He then closed my complaint without attending... Now none of the customer service representative are attending my call properly they are disconnecting after putting on hold... N my complaint is still un attended

                                  1. NCC Directorate Maharashtra, a Central Govt office, purchased 10 Air-purifiers model No.AC-1217 through GeM vide GeM orders No.0724 dt25 May 21, No.0724 dt 22 Mar 21 & 7805 dt 16 Mar 21.
                                  2. The Air-purifiers are under Guarantee Period. Currently, all 10 are not working. This office has launched 12 (Twelve) complaints but no one has attended till date.
                                  3. This poor state of your 'After-sale-service' is highly disappointing.
                                  4. An early action will be appreciated.
