A USERS OF MARG SOFTWARE AND HAVE A
VALID LICENSE BUT INSPITE OF SEVERAL REMINDERS COMPANY IS NOT GIVING ANY HEAL ON MY COMPLAIN.since 6 months my valid software is not working

For 1 ehole year they provide no service. I was not even able to generate 1 bill even. Their service partner is rude and not responsive. Initially he promised everything and after purchase he was asking for 1000 rs for each visit that too after many complaints and after 6-8 months of purchase. I lost all my money and strict action must be taken afainst such cheat firms. Their email support is also useless and reply without even reading the complaints.

IT is the worst ERP service possible. They initially said they will offer all help and service and for 1 whole year after my purchase they did not provide even installation service and on customer support email too they are irresponsible and irresponsive for their actions. I want a full refund as i was not able to use their software due to no service which was initially promised. Strict action must be taken against such firms not worried about customer complaints.

Facing differences in stock value for many years and not proper response till now.

Inam retail business owner using Marg ERP 9 for last6 months and facing problems on daily basis. Regularly need to contact customer care they rectify but on next moment found another issue. Shortly can say I am suffering with that software. It is full of errors. I never recommend someone to use Marg software.

The above ticket number was raised and resolved by itself without providing solution towards it. The issue was that bar code printer was not working through user 2 and user 3 in the marg and no technical support was provided neither from. Marg customer support and neither the partner is able to do the same. He had also raised internal token but the same but not provided to him through support . His tocken no. M015178.

I am not able to generate excel page report from Marg ERP, and now body from the remote service centre is able to resolve the issue.

I have been trying to solvemy query related to cost, , , someex attend but provide some other solution to end the call . others are saying sun pa rahe he aap hume sun paa rahe he and disconnect the call . others say problem with your hardware. psthetic and world class poor service i haveexperienced till now.

moreover the certified partnersare only to sell not to help . since2 months no training has been scheduled for my news/w purchase . pls dont invest in such aslow working company .

Service provider came and didn’t given proper service.. he don’t know software details as well very poor experience. Company care centre as doesn’t help.

I purchased MARG software for billing and I get Tax Invoice for the same and also paid GST Amount every year for my renewal, but MARG didnt deposit the same for one year. I then reminded several times but they are ignoring me.

But he is also not able to solve problem of infected marg. Exe.
So marg software is not working for last three days. Pls.help me.

I paid to advance amount Rs. 6000 and bought your s/w for medical use.. Still now your s/w people not meet to me.. And not given proper guidelines. I. Used s/w but lots. Of. Mistakes happen.. Still there is no solution.. For me... They told me.. Wait after some days.. I totally disappointed please refund my amount.. Soon. I dont ur s/w hereafter

I have paid Rs. 3300 via paytm and Rs.1000 via cash and its been more than 2 months. Like companyis rejceting etc etc. tried to contact company many times about this problem but no action yet

मैंने मेरी फर्म मैं.ज्वाला मार्ट बगरू, जयपुर के लिए yash compusoft नाम की फर्म से(जिसमे श्री धर्मपाल मीणा एक एम्प्लोयी है या मालिक है) रुपये 50000(अक्षरे पचास हज़ार) में खरीदा और उनको फुल पेमेंट एडवांस में कर दिया। जिसमें उन्होंने सॉफ्टवेयर देने, इंस्टॉल करने, और तीन से चार बार विजिट करने के अलावा anytime मोबाइल से प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व करने के लिए कमिटमेंट किया था । इसके अलावा रुपये 8000 का भुगतान आने जाने के लिए अलग से किया गया परंतु सॉफ्टवेयर इनस्टॉल करने के बाद से ना तो वो हमारा कॉल अटेंड करते है, ना आज तक दुबारा मेरी फर्म की विजिट की है और किसी प्रकार से असिस्ट करना तो बहुत दूर की बात है। एक दो बार जब कॉल अटेंड किया तो उन्होंने किसी भी सहायता के लिए इनकार कर दिया और कंप्लेंट करने के लिए कहते है कि जो करना है वो कर लो। उनके इस व्यवहार की वजह से मेरी फर्म की ओपनिंग के टाइम जो कि 21 मार्च को थी, चूंकि मार्ग सॉफ्टवेयर हमारे लिए बिल्कुल नया था, उसमे हमे किसी प्रकार की हेल्प नही मिलने के कारण बहुत अड़चन आयी, और हमारा ओपनिंग के दिन बहुत नुकसान हुआ। इसके बाद भी जब श्री धर्मपाल को हमने कॉल किया तो उन्होंने पैसे लेने के बाद अपना किया हुआ कमिटमेंट पूरा नही किया जिस वजह से ये शिकायत की जा रही है। आपसे निवेदन है कि कृपया इस मामले में दखल देवे और हमारे द्वारा किये गए भुगतान को वापस दिलवाएं। आप द्वारा की गई कार्यवाही के पश्चात यदि हम सन्तुष्ठनही होते है तो हम राज्य उपभोक्ता आयोग में कार्यवाही दर्ज कराएंगे। श्री धर्मपाल का मोबाइल नम्बर [protected] है।

I Payed 8500/- + Gst = 9560/- to your authorized dealer OMM INFOTECH, BHUBANESWAR for Marg Software month of December 2020 but still now i am not getting any help from them, before Installation they committed offline training and online training also but nothing support my needful, how i run my business ??? Is it your company service to the customer ??? many times not responding the call ...Kindly give me service immediately as per my requirement otherwise refund my amount .

Marg software are the worst and badass software who just took customer money and ran off.
This company staff has convinced me to buy their software and no after service at all.I called many times one of their staff who took my money for the purchase and he didnt even want to reply
Its ok i lost my money, but i will do whatever i can to spread as much as possible how bad is their service.they sold and gone.I have purchased their software for like 4 months ago till now this software is no use due to the technician not availability in my area.
They promised me to learn how to use the software if i bought the software.
Then after i transferres the payment no one was ther for me even for the training how to use the software

We at Pranesh Trading House are majorly misguided by one of your partners namely Ganesh Dongre (techcraft)
This person gave us the demo delivering promises of setting the software according to our convenience but as soon as the payment was made he started avoiding our calls and a big delay is faced by us until today.
There is no invoice sent by him in the first place after purchasing the software up till today (it has been more than a month), the customization was done after 2 weeks which still has a lot of changes to do, the person constantly asks for customization fees and the worst thing about him is he hangs up on the call.
He has filed the GST for our purchase and has not sent an invoice to us which by the way is an offense.
I request you for a change in the partner handling our software issues and take strict action against such partners as the name of your software is being heavily compromised.
Two other distributors have also asked me for similar software, and I will definitely not recommend marg after my experience. The software might be good but this employee makes a terrible impression.
I have also filed an official complaint against misleading behaviour of this employee in Grahak Vibhag portal.

Your employee Mr. Avinash from Nizamabad area is not responding to my calls . I want “Marg software” in emergency. I m calling him since 45 days and I m not not getting any response from him. Can you please send me other employee to give me the software.

We Datumtools Pvt. Ltd. were told at the time of buying HRxpert software from Marg ERP limited and their Dealer Mascot Computer Services that we are not required to pay Amc for this software which they mentioned in the quotation also, but now after one year they are asking for AMC and they have suspended the license of software and asking for AMC renewal in order to continue use the software. Bill and quotation is attached along with the complaint.
