IT is the worst ERP service possible. They initially said they will offer all help and service and for 1 whole year after my purchase they did not provide even installation service and on customer support email too they are irresponsible and irresponsive for their actions. I want a full refund as i was not able to use their software due to no service which was initially promised. Strict action must be taken against such firms not worried about customer complaints.
