Margadarsi Chit Funds — amount debited from my account but not paid

Dear sir/mam i have paid amount of rs 14715 by pament gare way paynimo from account no [protected] at the date of 30/09/2019
5:47pm with ref no 453120. But error massage occurred but amount was debited from my account. Please solve this.
