        I have paid my BEST light bill on 24th January 2023 amount 1870 using my ICICI Bank.

        in my BEST light bill portal still payment has not been received and amount has been already deducted from my ICICI Bank.

        Kindly help me to settle this amount to BEST or my ICICI bank.

            Yvn varaprasadarao paid rs 183.60 towards subscription for sanatana sarathi of staya sai publications trust on 30 november 2022., through paynimo gateway, by net banking of icicic. though the bank account is debited videwebtransaction 48930 transaction id [protected], the amount did not reach payee. the transaction is shown as failure. though i raised a complaint to paynimo/ tech process vide ticket id 3357676, the transaction is not yet settled nor a reply received from paynimo.
            kindly arrange for a settlement.

                    I hold an account with federal bank wherein my account is activated with an ECS facility wrongly. When checked it shows that I avail a loan of Rs.1010080 and for the same ECS facility is activated. But I have not opted any loan for such an amount but still when informed and enquired with Bank they informed me the details of such a loan availed in my account. Kindly cancel the same along with wrong ECS facility from my account. My account is been debited for amount of Rs. 750 per month basis ecs bounce charges. Kindly reverse the same on priority.

                      I am complaining you about the issue yesterday . I again tried to pay my bill of amount - 588 and same thing happens the amount got deducted but bill status is still pending.

                      I would like the amount deduced to be returned and also requesting you guys to resolve this glitch issue as soon as possible. As i hope i don't need or want to stop using your services in future.
