This is really disgusting to be at the receiving end. After nearly 1 year and four months of follow up at last we got the cheating reply from Nissan Company and Marikar Nissan the dealer!!! We bought the vehicle in August 2014 and we have given all the documents for processing my corporate bonus. With the cheating words and false professionalism shown by the Marikar Nissan staff, We got the false promise that the corporate bonus is issued by NISSAN and the cheque would directly reach my address and I need not do any follow ups. It was also informed that NISSAN is taking more than 6 months to 1 year and that most of the customers who are in the 1 year waiting list for the corporate bonus has not received it due to problems at NISSAN end. We used to do monthly follow up with the staff and we would get the reply that the corporate bonus is in processing and we would get it soon. Such a BIG LIE it proved to be.!!! It was lately that the sales staff at Nissan whom we were in touch with messaged us telling that he was leaving that job and then we had to get in touch with the CRM of Marikar Nissan who assured that she would do her best to get the claim. Covering the mistake that Marikar Nissan had missed the documents and not forwarded the documents they asked us to resend the document for the claim recently and blindly replied that we had received the documents lately after 1 year and 4 months and it would not be possible to process the corporate bonus! Such a beautiful drafted cheating reply!!! Wow! The unethical, unprofessionalism and cheap behaviour shown, it really hurts that we have purchased the vehicle from you! Such a shame! You totally shattered our expectation from a world class brand, NISSAN!
