Hi I have purchased an Usha brand cooler from Marks and spencers gurgaon on 14 the of April 2014. After the product was delivered. The delivery boy took the box without my consent . next day I went to the store and ask to exchange the product with a window ac. In the evening they said that they ll replace the product. And tel me to come next morning. I went next day and they said that the product can't be replaced as the cartoon box was taken away by the delivery boy. When I call the delivery boy and ask him where he kept the box. And he said that he has given to a scrape shop. The floor manager parvaz of that shop is refusing me to exchange the product. Please help me as I need to exchange the product.
