I received the attached flowers on Mothers Day and was very disappointed at the quality. My daughter purchased two bunches the day before Mother's Day but obviously didn't notice that the blue filler flowers were wilted. I purchased two £ 50 M&S gift cards from your store in Solihull (store 3188 – checkout 025) on 17 July 2023.
After giving these cards to two people, one of them discovered that they were unable to use them. The second person had not tried to use the card given to her yet. I first spoke to Tesco on several occasions.
They were not helping the situation by saying that he was unable to give me a new, usable gift card as Connor had done. He advised me to go to M&S and speak and see what they could do. I spoke to the store manager there (Sears Business Park, Solihull)who told me that the card had not been activated. On their computer display there was only a beep and a box with a red cross. The Manager was unable to help either.
I returned to the Tesco store and asked to speak to Connor. After a while he turned up with Andy, the store Manager. He was also unable to exchange the gift card, leaving me with an unusable £ 50 gift card.
As you may well understand, this has been a stressful and most embarrassing experience for me.
Would you be so kind to supply me with your Terms & Conditions for the sale of goods.
My expectations are a refund for the value of the gift card of £ 50 plus some form of compensation.
I will expect an answer before 10 September.

Refund of Rs. 2830 not received for 2 items returned

I had ordered 4 items ( Order ID:[protected]) via Marks & Spencer App, of which 1 was cancelled & 3 were delivered. 2 out of the 3 items didn't fit me well and I had initiated return request from the Marks & Spencer App for both. The 2 returned items were :
1) Pure Cotton Striped Short Sleeve Blouse; Size 14 (Rs. 1240) &
2) Flax Mix Embroidered Regular Collar Shirt; Size 16 (Rs. 1590)
Both these items were picked up on 11 Dec'22 after sharing the OTP to the executive (OTP Screenshot attached FYR). The status in the app is still showing 'Return Initiated'. Upon checking with customer service executive over call, I was asked to raise the concern over Email as the status visible to him was 'Return cancelled'. I have shared screenshot of OTPs received for return and call history with name & phone number of the person (Pradeep S) who came for return pickup as well with customer support team. Attaching same here as well, for reference.
After speaking to customer support team 3/4 times and sending mails - the response I got was that they can't refund as items weren't picked up.
Request you to please look into the matter and help me get full refund (Rs. 2830) to my account at the earliest.

Not getting otp for my refund

Hi I have returned one of my order few days back and received a link from PAY U to get my refund in my account but I haven't received any otp for the same to get my refund back. I have been contacting customer care from last few days, there's no response for the same.

Wrong product delivery not being corrected

Order no [protected]. I received a wrong product and since April 12, 2022 have been following up with their customer service to do a reverse pickup and refund me my money. Other than empty assurance about their 48 hours turnaround, which hasn't happened till now, they have no other solution to offer. In the first place the company sends me the wrong product, and the harassment being meted out to me to have a reverse pickup plus my refund, now really infuriates me. I even escalated the issue to their grievance officer and the same situation persists. I certainly have no interest in ordering from Marks again, if this is the kind of efficiency they show

Return and refund not being initiated

It’s been nearly 1 month, I’ve been requesting these people day in and day out to cancel my order, they don’t reply to my emails. They cut my calls mid-way, and when they happen to talk, they promise me to do it by end of the day, or end of their shift, but never reply back.
I placed this order on January 22, and I’d selected “click and collect”, but the order was delivered at the store and due to covid surge in cases, I couldn’t go there, I kept emailing them to cancel it, however, they’ve made false promises and just ignored my calls and emails and they’re doing nothing.
Also, somehow their website shows “return initiated” and that’s extremely untrue. Let alone ₹990, I’ve not even been able to cancel my order.
I even called them today, but they cut me in the middle of the conversation.

Refund not issues
I returned a pair of jeans on 17th nov 21 and have still bot received the refund of 1799. I have sent several emails and also written to the grievance officer for the company Kshitij chawla but there has been no response. The customer service agents are not helpful as they keep telling me that first we had not received the item and now we have received it but there is some technical issue and we will process the refund in 72 hrs. I don’t undewhich 72 hrs are they talking about because the refund never comes and there is nobody who knows what’s going on. The agents are ill mannered and badly trained they keep disconnecting calls and never call back even when they promise to. I have a complaint no 429523 but don’t know what the status is of the complaint as there is nobody who can tell me.

I had ordered a product online from Mark and spencer mobile application. In view of poor fit, i had to return the order. Before initiating return of the said product, I had mailed to Mark and spencer India customer support email id that the original credit card account which i had used for payment - that has been disabled now and refund be given via alternate pathway. The mark and spencer team acknowleged this issue and reverted that they will send me a link, where i have to upload my NEFT details. They team did not send any link for this purpose despite repeated reminders. I have spoken to the official customer care number, but the excutives just tell me that they will raise the issue with concerned team. Now, the Mark and spencer team has emailed that they have sent the refund on credit card account and i should connect with the bank. Which bank should i connect with, when that credit card account is closed.. And today, they mailed that original payment method can not be changed. Extremely unprofessional attitude of customer care. Also, they do not reveal their escalation matrix also. I need help to get my refund in my functional account.

I have ordered a dress for Christmas which arrived late and was defective.I raised return request immediately but nobody is coming to pick the return.Raised complaint by calling customer care.they said they will escalate the matter.No response to emails.

From the site, i ordered a 5 pack t shirts and i received only 3 pack t shirt, when i checked with customer care, they told me to return the item, whereas it says the product is not returnable. Also had to hold on the phone for half and hour in order into get into customer care, had the worst experience....

Ordered a bunch of stuff online. Received the items. Within a matter of hours raised a return request on account of the fit of the product. Got confirmation mail from marks & about the return being accepted and that the items will be picked on the 1st of june 2020. Haven't heard anything from them yet.
When i try to contact m&s on their website, the order number that has been shared with me (By m&s) is showing as invalid. Have raised the issue with resolver also, still haven't heard anything from the retail brand on this front. Its been almost a month and i need my money back, the total order is worth around inr 7000

I purchased this jeans for my daughters birthday in oct 2019. Its just nov and within a month the jeans it torn badly... The cost was so high and its painful to see that such a brand like m&s has a customer cheating business. A street jeans would be much much better and durable than buying m&s expensive jeans. I am sure of myself that i am not buying m&s henceforth. If there is any process to apply for refund please send the information. M&s - stop focusing only on making money, work on better customer service, your standard are no more high. Stop cheating and loating people by offering your brand name to cheap quality product. Please raise your standards..

poor quality pair of jeans

This january i purchased a pair of jeans which i would have worn about 4 to 5 times and it started tearing on its own around the back pockets... It’s so freaking noticeable from behind.. Although once i tried to stitch it out but it still continues to tear... If you stretch it - it tears... This is so frustrating.. Very poor quality... Very disappointed that a company like m&s is sellysuch pathetic quality..

I purchased my two items on 29th september 2018 and the cashier over charged the products due to bar code issue at their side. After billing, he cancelled the entire order saying, "i will get a refund in few days" and initiated a new billing.
Till date i haven't got any refund not even a reply from them. I was in touch with their shift manager, mr kashif - he is not at all answering now a days.
Shame, i never expected this from such a brand.

I purchased a blue harbor olive green color jacket from marks and spencers store at dlf place mall in saket new delhi a couple of years ago.
The jacket is sparingly used and in almost new condition but the small leather strips at the end of the side pocket zippers have just withered and frayed making the jacket useless even though its otherwise in top condition.

poor quality jeans

I had purchased Black Jeans 4 months back at M&S Forum Mall outlet and till now I would've used it around 5 to 6 times. But the jeans have started fading near the back pockets and there are two visible white patches. Also the cloth in that area feels worn out. I believe it is the poor quality of the dye. This is extremely shocking as the very reason for purchasing at M&S was for the product quality. I would like be notified about the actions that are taken regarding this, and also what I can do about the new worn out black jeans that I have.

I bought a set of panties probably a year ago. It has started getting holes itself, the cloth started tearing up itself, although it has not gone under any wash and has been used hardly once. It has been worn out and turned out to be completely useless. The quality of the cloth is very poor. Hope you would consider my complaint and either give me a refund or return the product.

Hi. I am from mumbai. Few days ago, on my vidit to coimbatore, i bought ‘island sunset’ mist from your coimbatore store (Brookefileds mall)
I packed it nicely along with 5 other mists i bought. To my surprise the bottle was damaged and the whole mist leaked!!
I couldn’t use it at all. I have the bottle as it is! Really sad that the products aren’t checked before giving it to the customer.

I purchased a set of saucepans in the sale at your marble arch branch on the 4/2/18 and, although I only ever use plastic or silicone tools, the non-stick coating is peeling off of the large pan. This is the most used. I am very disappointed and am wondering if your sales goods are in fact knowingly sub standard.

I visited the store in phoenix mills, mumbai and saw 4 stacks of trousers @ sale price of rs 1799.00 and a display board rs 1799.00 love it for less
I selected a trouser and was charged approx rs 3000
When i protested i was told that only 1 stack was on rs 1799 and the rest were for approx rs 3000
When i asked why the 4 stacks were placed together under the board of rs 1799, they blamed the marketing team for display
I wrote several times to lodge my complaint about false and misleading display, ms deepti of marks and spencer "blamed" the customers of picking up garments and placing it at different places
I explained that customers could not and would not place 4 stacks neatly - her answers were very vague

disappointing service at outlet

I have visited marks & spencer outlets across the world.. Pretty impressive service... But the customer service in the chandigarh outlet (Based out of elante mall) was highly disappointing and frustrating. The customer service policy says a product can be exchanged or refunded with 35 days provided we submit original bill. The manager (Amit singh) was simply rude and point blank to the extent that he said "we cannot exchange your product as there is no quality issue that we see"
I purchased a particular item... Tried 2 sizes... By mistake, the cashier handed over the wrong size to me... I went back the next day to get the size exchanged... After using the product, i realized there is some quality issue... The manager refused to accept it... And categorically said there is no quality issue.. Hence cannot be exchanged... When i proved to him by wearing the particular cloth item, he was convinced... But declined to refund my money saying he does not have powers to refund... How can the store head decline like this? He says the product has already been exchanged once.. Now it cannot be refunded... Either take some other product.. Or take credit note... My question is... Why? Hi, i am really disappointed with the durability of marks and spencer's jeggings in india. I purchased a perfect fit jeggins 2 weeks ago from jubilee hills, hyderabad branch. There was no sale and i purchased from a fresh stock. Just by wearing it twice it has become loose and lost it's elasticity. Why is india tolerating such pathetic products from foreign brands? If we are paying the appropriate amount why are we not getting the expected quality..
Request you to take an action on this. As india is one of the most potential country in purchasing branded products which results in profits to these foreign brands, we should have zero tolerance towards such issues..

I have purchased the dress from marks & spenser south ex showroom for rs. 3999/- at the time of sale, the sales executive has told to provide the service of alteration and exchange at any point of time if product is in salable condition.
As the taken dress size one size bigger, i have requested them to alter to my size. They have refused to provide the service for alteration or exchange. I have tried to contact their ho at gurgaon but all in vain. I am continuously writing them at care. [protected]@marks-and-spencer.com for the alteration/exchange service for my dress. I can't use the one size bigger dress and local tailors are asking to get the alteration done from the company only.

I can't use the one size bigger dress and local tailors are asking to get the alteration done from the company only.

I had placed this order on 11th April 2022 and when the product came, it was a wrong product sent to me. I have placed a request for a return pickup since the delivery and other than empty assurances, the product has not been picked up from me. I am actually so fed up of their service bec when I call the customer service, they tell me it will be picked up in 24 to 48 hours and obviously nothing happens. The 24 to 48 hours turnaround has been told to me thrice already, on three different occasions. I seriously doubt that I will ever shop at Marks again.
