I had purchased a t shirt from your store at plaza pvr, new delhi on 22nd june
And paid rs 1235 by my american credit card.As i am regular coustomer and had membership card some discount was given to me by encasing my earned points.
Next day i went to the same store to change the size and was treated extremly well by the salesman i picked two other t shirts also which i wanted to buy.When went to make the payment at the cash counter the manager of the store refused t exchange the t shirt for which i wanted change the size as i did not had the bill of previous day purchase.I protested and requested to verify from their records as i had the membership card and the payment was made through credit card but the manger rudely told me it is not possible.In the heat of argumets i returned the t shirt to the manager without taking the replacement told to keep it with him but it had no effect on him.
