Today bought a product at m&s viviana. At the billing counter i was not asked if i would like to donate towards charity. Before the card swipe i noticed inr 1 was allotted towards charity. I mentioned i don't wish to donate towards charity. I was told by mrsudip that it's system generated and inr goes to the charity on m&s's behalf. When looked at the bill. I notice bill amount isinr 2499 whereas card was swiped for inr 2500.
When asked for the clarification, mrsudip accepted that it was his mistake and now nothing can be done. Was this information helpful? |
