Marks And Spencer — Refund Not Issued

I have returned the following items. On the website, it shows that refund has been processed, however, I have not received refund or any link to receive the payment.

I have contacted the Marks and Spencer team multiple times but they have just given false promises that there is some technical issue and the team is looking into it. I have created below tickets.
