Order no [protected]. I received a wrong product and since April 12, 2022 have been following up with their customer service to do a reverse pickup and refund me my money. Other than empty assurance about their 48 hours turnaround, which hasn't happened till now, they have no other solution to offer. In the first place the company sends me the wrong product, and the harassment being meted out to me to have a reverse pickup plus my refund, now really infuriates me. I even escalated the issue to their grievance officer and the same situation persists. I certainly have no interest in ordering from Marks again, if this is the kind of efficiency they show Was this information helpful? |
