Marq — I am complaining about Not work of Washing machine Drain system

I have purchased washing machine via Order No - OD[protected].

It's Washer Drain system not working from 29/9/23. For which I have complaint to Marq via mail but no-one is responding.

Plz arrange to resolve the problem.
