Here is the detail of warranty claim registered on the 15 august 2022. There were no cooling in AC . Technician visited and register demand for new part for which expected date was 30 August but no part was delivered. I again make a complaint by dialling your customer care number they registered complaint for issuing part again. but no part was issued

it is very embrassing condition that i am suffering from last 22 days . Its very hot weather . what is the use of ac if you cant solve issue

So i request you to please issue my refund for the same so that i can buy another ac on time

I bought a Marq 7.5 kg washing machine on 9th October, 2019. I also bought Complete Appliance Protection(3years) (Policy No- CPFK[protected]with the washing machine.

From Today morning the washing machine is not working.

Please let me know, how do I avail the policy which I bought. I tried to call the customer services, but it is not ringing.

Note:- I've changed my residential address from Karnataka to Kolkata.

My MarQ Inverter AC product was purchased on October 31st, 2018, and
now my MarQ Inverter AC has a problem with the interior coil leaking.
So I called Flipkart and Marq on May 21, 2022, and as per Flipkart's
advice, I emailed the complaint to the Marq team. One guy called me
and said, "Your indoor coil order was placed in our Marq team, and you
received it within two days." After waiting for more than a week, I
called him again, and he told me that the indoor coil was not
available, so I should buy a new air conditioner. I then complained to
Flipkart, and they gave me a MARQ email address and told me to raise
my concern with the Marq team, but I sent the email 10 days ago, and
they are still asking me questions. However, I sent an email to them
10 days ago, and they have been requesting for updates every two
working days since then. I have not received a satisfactory response
from the Marq team. I need a proper solution or I'll have to refund my
money, or I'll have to file a complaint with the consumer court,
because it's been three years and still no one knows how to sell the
product that Flipkart assured, and we only bought the product for the
Flipkart assurance. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Hi my name is G prudhvi kumar.i have repare with my marq tv and I complained to the customer care.i have taken extended warrenty from the jeeves consumer services Pvt Ltd..there service boy came and taken our tv..and they didn't returned our tv yet. it's been more then 21days no customer care is responding.and no body is reponding .this is the worst service I have ever seen...

I ordered a air conditioner in flipkart where the ac is thier own product named marq. It is not working properly and they said that ac will be replaced. But it has been more than one year of purchase till now no response. Thier customer care is also not reachable.

Ac service company bechnay say pehlay kuch kehti hai aur bechnay kay bad kuch kehti hai company say jo tecnician atay hain unkay pass koi id card bhi nahi hota aur na company ki uniform aur untrained banday hotay hain 3-4 month say try kar raha thha kay mera ac service ho jai lekin in logon nay meray mail par koi proper responed nahi kara main sajhta hoon lock down thha lekin lock daown kay bad bhi yahi kar rahay hain ye log aur miss behave aur kartay hain

Complained on 27 may but not yet received service. The service was received on 29 may but the technician said that there is a compressor problem. Will have to change. It will take 5 to 7 days. But it turned out to be june 10 but service was not available. Then i complained in marq and got the service 2 days later on june 12, but the compressor that i brought was also not working. Then technician said that he will bring another compressor this evening. But i have not received service yet. The summer season is going on anyway.

On 27 May, I received a complaint service on 29 May, the technician said that the comprassior is not working. You will add a new comprassior within 1 week. It has been 1 week, service has not been received.Then on complaining, the technician came for 1 hour here and there and said that even this comprassior is not working. Will put new comprassior in the evening. But haven't received service yet.

Recently i ordered marq washing machine from flipkart it stops working in a week then i raised a complaint, service people came and confirmed a problem in gear box and said they will replace product in a week, they came after a week, said that they need an engineer to repair then they went. Now not lifting calls. It's been 20days still no response and service from marq.

I'll be approaching consumer court, if the things are not well in place... I had ordered a washing machine in sale period with exchange offer, now so called wish master/ delivery boy has refused to deliver the machine & telling us to cancel the order & place a fresh order of said machine...

Now the question is that, who will bear the difference amount of rs 700. As that time product was on discounted price & now the price is higher... I want the washing machine @ same price, which was at ordered time...

Team... Its a last warning to you guys, get this resolved in next 2 days, else i need to approach consumer court & take stick action.
