Marq Washing Machine was bought on September 8, 2021 through online shopping. Despite having earlier minor issues, and small maintenance provided by the brand (Marq) the machine was working efficiently. Last year, dated November 14, 2023, the machine stopped working and contact was made through Marq, but the local representative didn't arrive for maintenance. Its been repeated promise made by the local representative to visit soon for the maintenance/repair in coming 2-3 days. Later, an online complaint was made on dated 16th February 2024 to Marq, and on the same day complain was registered with complaint ID: CLBWH[protected]. Also, as written in the mail the service engineer was assured to get in touch within 72 hours, but till date no response was received from the other end. Later, Feb 24, 2024, a mail was again sent to get a response from the Marq team, but the same response was received. Later on 25th Feb 2024, a mail received saying "As per your request, your FLRM55X8IG-QM1O1O-8N8DJX-VFFRZWB has been cancelled." Getting such response from the brand lastly, I opted to raise the issue with Consumer Forum.
For reference trailing mail and Invoice regarding the matter were attached.
I am requesting you to follow up on the concern and instruct the brand accordingly to resolve the matter at the earliest.
