"I had ordered an AC from Marq company about 1.5 months ago. After the delivery, I called the company for installation, and they told me it would take 3–4 days. But there was no proper response from them afterward. Out of necessity, I had to call a team from an authorized shop and got it installed myself. Just about 10 days later, the AC started making noise. I even filed a complaint, but they just tried to convince me over the phone saying it's not a major issue, just 'this or that'. Now water is dripping from inside the indoor unit of the AC.
