We have a Marq washing machine which we purchased on 4th Oct 2019 with a complete protection plan of 3 years. It's been more than 2 months now that I have been struggling to get it fixed. Once technician visited and order incorrect part which came to notice after their regular 21 days complaint cycle. After that it again entered into another 21 days complain cycle. Before that they closed my first complaint .
As per policy if company is unable to process request for 31 days then I am entitled for refund. I have called jeeves customer complain multiple times and everytime they defer giving one or the other pretext . I have written multiple mails requesting clear status but no success
Request you to please intervene and help resolve this ASAP. I have attached my original invoice and customer care conversations.
