I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the air conditioning unit Marq by Flipkart 1.5 ton window AC that I purchased from Flipkart approximately two years ago. This unit has been in use for just one year, and I am currently facing a significant issue with it.
The AC unit has ceased to function properly, and despite my attempts to troubleshoot the problem and seek local repair services, the issue persists. Given that it has been used for only one out of the two years since its purchase, I find it incredibly disheartening that a product of this nature would fail so soon.
