From marriage settled services (Marriage settled.com) i received a call from lady name ashmita and she told me that they have so many matches/proposals for my daughter and she also had send me so many highly qualified boy’s profile and told me that once i make the payment they will provide contact details of the grooms and she will be our mediator and talk on both sides of family and fix a match quite soon.

Until i have make the payment i got so many calls and proposals from her till late night (11:00pm) but as i made payment of rs.11, 500/- on 21-jan-2019, the amount of calls reduced, like almost none and she didn't even take my calls and message me “in meeting call me later”. She has given few contact details of boys and their family out of which one said i am happily married from two years and other said we have not registered under this website, in short none of them where interested so i asked for more matches and contact number of some profile which she sent me earlier before the payment but she didn't provide any contact number or any new match, now she stop taking my calls.

After not getting any response from her i called to the higher authority of the company whose number were available on website (Lakshmi, jatinder and roshni) they usually said we will see the matter etc. Or we will ask her to call you. When i requested for refund but they totally declined for refund and they said that i have been provided you contact numbers so they won't provide any refund.

This is not a service i was promised, so i just want you to take strict action against them and please provide me a refund of rs. 11, 500/- as soon as possible.
