We found an advertisement in Tribune, that was updated by Marriage settled services. We got to know that the post was uploaded by them when we called. Reena Sharma, was the associate who contacted us. She started sharing profiles and did regular follow up for the initial days. Later, when we found a match, she advised about the payment details. I Paid her 3500 rs and after the payment was done, the followup stopped and she has stopped responding on the calls and msgs are not acknowledged. This is really unacceptable and disheartening as it was just about the money they are concerned about not the services.

Companies like these give bad name to matrimony services. We googled them for matrimony services. Despite mixed/bad reviews we thought we would just talk to them if they have some good profilesthere is no harm. Company is based in central india while we live in north india we thought they won’t be able to send us some matrimony profiles however they send us very good profiles on watsapp but without their contact details.
Then they started calling us multiple times a day to pay them rs 7500 and they will talk to the parents of all the bride’s profiles and mediate for marriage. It was their agent lakshmi that constantly called us to deposit money asking us to deposit asap as we are delaying the marriage process.
We made a mistake and trusted her but then we realised some of the profiles she sent one of the girls was already married. So they basically put people profiles of people on internet to extort money from gullible citizens like us. Once the payment was received they stopped calling us. None of the girl’s profile contact number was shared. Infact they started ignoring our calls. At this they don’t pick our phone, barely text us and say yes we are working. Now they have scammed us with money and god knows how many people are being scammed from them everyday.
There should be strict action amongst them and people should be aware to not fall on this kind of trap the way we fell despite being educated.
