I had Brought Snickers chocolates on 5th Dec 2016 and when i opened it i was shocked to see Live worms and tiny insects Cockroach in the chocolate bar.
I called there customer care on 6th Dec 2016 Case Id: 41508394 Complaint No: 89. with Mars. The specimen has already been collected by Keerti Singh on 7-Dec-16. As you were informed that i recently suspected worms in snicker bar. I received a box of chocolate maybe as a gesture of apology when complaint got registered and sample got collected. But for your information, I do not feel like having it or giving it to anybody since the the sight of worms and insects was terrible and was a threat to my life .I think box of chocolate could never have compensated that. I feel lucky enough to have not given it to any kid or had it myself without much notice. It would have been dangerous.
Quality and standard was something which made me go for snicker bar but the terrible experience which i had, threatened me to the core and that for sure that a box of chocolate can never equate to what you call life or health.
