Sir my parcel booked on 11.04.17 from 'New Delhi to Bhadrak' by maruti air cargo courier.
They give me the online tracking number to track online. I track my parcel on 12.04.17 its shows parcel forwarded to kolkatta & in transit (on the way).
But sir the funny thing is till today on 17.04.17 when i am tracking my parcel its shows parcel forwarded to kolkatta & in transit (on the way).
Nothing improvement of my parcel.
Sir i am send many mails but nothing reply from them

I had Booked a courier with Document number[protected]on, 01/007/17.The courier is not recieved or not updated in the company website till today.Kindly take action So that my courier gets delivered.
