Mr. Raj Dubey spoke very rudely and disrespectfully on following up for the delivery of our consignment.

The consignment was to be delivered on January 23, 2024. We were not at home on that day. On following up with the delivery boy he would say he will deliver it, but it did not get delivered till January 27, 2024. On telling him that we will file a complaint against him, he said please go ahead and file it. We compalined to his senior Mr. Ketan Bukadiya on January 27, 2024 and the shipment was delivered around 2.15 p.m.
I asked for the name of the delivery boy when he came for delivery he said "Shubham", on asking him for his identity he said he had forgotten his purse and identity card. I asked him where is Raj Dubey? he said he himself is Raj Dubey. He lied and misled. I told him to apologise for his behaviour, he said he will not because it is not his mistake. I told him that this matter will be escalated further, he said he doesnt care and that we are free to do whatever we like.

A delivery boy cannot talk to his customers in this tone, I need an apology from Mr. Raj Dubey, if he does not, I will be forced to put this incident on social media alongwith his picture which I have taken while he was at the door.

I sent a parcel through Maruti Air courier which is located in Surat on the 21st Dec and on the 30th Dec parcel was rejected by the receiver's end then they had to return it to me but they resend it again and eventually it was rejected again and after that when they have to accept it and gave to me as it is but they misplaced it with another one, on the 13th Jan when they reach to me to have my parcel I recognize this mistake and after one week on today at 20th Jan my parcel still missing please do some needful steps so to resolve it.

Maruti Air Couriers & Cargo team issued us a slip of AWB tracking from branch address, 41 Tarachand Dutta Street, Near Moonlight Cinema, Kolkata, supplier name M/s Ritika Fashion Kolkatta and Buyer name M/s Hans Raj Mahajan and Sons Jalandhar and after 6 days follow they said the parcel is NOT received by the branch. We have called them 50 times and also emailed them asking where is the parcel, they say always we are checking and then say we did not get it - we tell to mention and reply in written the parcel is not received by you they say we cant do anything sorry. We call again and then they disconnect the call.

All the members of the Maruti Air Couriers & Cargo NOT answering properly and they all they say different stories. they are in fraud with the supplier and they call us in conference many times saying due to the fog parcel is New Delhi - then say something else

We still NOT receive the parcel till date and we have call recording of the members of the Maruti Air Couriers & Cargo. also sent them a email asking but they start abusing and misbehaving with us. this is required against a urgent export order

I have sent one urgent medical claim related document from Thakkar Nagar to new Mani Nagar on 9th Oct Morning still not received on address till 12th evening. When call to courier company they are not talking properly and saying why you sent courier. Please resolve the issue and take action against courier company.

As a courier service one should maintain a working active phone number. This courier doesn't have any working number in Hyderabad rasoolpura. Since two days it is showing recieved at rasoolpura branch. I need my parcel

I have sent a shipment weighing 3 kgs, Document no.[protected]; from Vadodara dated[protected] to Gorakhpur. It has been 11 days as of today, and it is not received in gorakhpur.

People at Maruti air are just giving me numbers to contact, and now even they have stopped receiving the calls. I have sent hundreds of messages/Calls, no one is taking any responsibility of the shipment and they are not telling me where is it stuck.

This is the worst parcelservice that anyone could ever go for. Please immediately solve my issue or else I am going to file a police complaint against your company and will take this up with consumer forum.

They don't even have the courtesy of picking up calls, nor they are delivering my parcel. I am extremely disappointed and in trouble because of this treatment from Maruti Air couriers

Parcel sent on 21/06/22 from Pune to Mohali is missing

I am not aware about this company I handed over the parcel to the nearby courier office in karala owner Name -Anurag mobile number [protected] now he is changing his statement earlier he was saying it will resolved in 15 days now he is saying it will take 45 days more to settle claim.It’s been 22 days already also maruti air customer care person is saying that i have to talk to courier person to whom i had given the parcel.There is no transparency who will settle the claim for my lost parcel.

My tracking id[protected] dated 31st may till now i haven't received my package, it has been 9 days since it has been dispatched, no response from the customer care number of maruti courier, no one is picking the call, please look this subject and consider my complaint.

My parcel is just showing forwarded to Mumbai from 19th May and it’s been 14 days now they said one week before that load is missing and will be traced in a day or two but still after 14 days they are not able to find my parcel.Also the courier person from whom I booked the parcel named Anurag contact number-[protected] is giving useless replies regarding the parcel he is saying give me the product pics i will arrange the same product.He is saying parcel is not lost yet in 15 days company register’s the FIR and provide us the Copy of FIR then only it will be marked as lost and now he is saying wait till 7th june

I have courier my madiclaim document on 2nd October to the star health bangalore.

This courier is reached the bangalore courier center on 6th October morning time.

I'm calling them daily and requesting them to deliver the same and they give false hope that it will be delivered by end of the day.

And now today they are not even receiving my call.

If the courier will not reach to the star health on time then my claim will not be passed.

I'm requesting you, kindly do needful to me.

I have booked a Parcel on 22/09/21 and Reached at Bangalore on 23/09/21 and shown Status as Out For Delivery on 24/09/21 12:38PM.. Since then the status is same and last two days no update and communication on delay. The contact numbers on the bill either switched off or no response. Trying a lot for Customer Care Number and there is no use. Then what is the use of this service when it cannot be delivered on time??? If not able to deliver on time, then shut down the company on immediate basis to avoid this kind of problems to customers.I never see this kind of service from any of courrier service providers in India.

As the delivery got delayed and theere is no proper communication about the delay then why can't I claim for the compensation?

My parcel arrived at a delivery center near to me on 13th of August but till date I've not received my parcel, and after communicating with the agent they were giving excuses everytime.

What kind of company is this.
There is no update on the parcel. It was booked on 16th Aug from Ludhiana to Bangalore. After 17th I can't see any updates on website I am unable to track.

I have order my bike from aurangabad to delhi and they have done damage to my bike, they have stolen all petrol from my bike and they discharged my battery and they have send me half of my items in 12 days and rest of the items the have not sent me yet
